When Jeff goes after a boring girl who has nothing better to do with her life than watch Netflix, he ends up getting way more than he expected. Somehow, she starts to give him feelings that have been lying dormant within him since he was a kid, but those kinds of feelings aren't allowed on Slenderman's watch. Because the more emotions you feel, the less of a killer you are. And Jeff was meant to be a killer.
