Ivystar was historically one of the worst cats in the Forgotten Lands. She rose to power as a leader in BlazeClan and gripped her Clan with devastation. This is the story of how she came to be. The Clans in this story are FanClans and aren't exactly traditional ones, either. Lore and different terminology will be explained throughout.

What if you had been murdered? ~~~ Violetdust of ThunderClan was the definition of a perfect warrior, pare one thing. She hated StarClan. Not just a dislike or a disbelief, but deep, raging anger that's been accumulating since her kithood. (I cringe at this every day now. It's not too horribly written, but it is rushed and disorganized. Please know this isn't a representation of my current work.) Two kits, same pelts, opposite souls. Blessedkit, born to ShadowClan parents, discovers quickly that he is quite "special" in the eyes of his Clanmates. His brother, Rottenkit, is presumably a filthy-hearted cat who would have become a murderer if he had been allowed to be, and therefore was murdered in the womb by StarClan.
