16 year old April Foster is faced with a nightmare that repeats up to five times a week. A year later April still wakes up almost every night with with a sore throat from screaming. She's tried many different techniques to rid if the horrible dreams, but the longest she's ever gone without them was about a month. Doctor after doctor nothing happens. But what does this dream mean? It always stops at the same spot, and she doesn't even know who the people in the dream are.
But there is a small tinge of recognition behind the voices and actions of every person. Will April ever be able to decipher what this dream means? Will anything happen before she even has the chance?

Patience suffers from this when she is knocked out from a fall. She creates a dream like state of the continuation of her day, as if she was not knocked out. She relives the same dream several times but with different outcomes. What happens when Patience is no longer dreaming but believes she is? Contains adult content! You have been warned! (Just a note: This book didn't exactly have a lot of time spent on it and it can be quite confusing. If you guys want I'd love for you to point out where I can fix things and how. I also know it's short, but this has been something that I've wanted to get out there. This was a story that originally had a place to go, but I decided to just go with whatever came to mind. I really think that this story has an impact on myself because of the subjects related. I would not take the description as a way to judge what the story will be like because they are completely different. The story deals with a girl with mental health issues or issues with her dream that cause her to repeat dreams just from a different perspective. I have been suffering from issues with my dreams actually meaning something and I really think this story hits close to home for me. I really hope you like it!)Complete

It's function, origin and purpose are as cryptic and chilling as the vengeful spirits whose claws scratch and teeth rattle just beyond the thick, putrid mist that seeps over its endless surface. Yet, through all the horrifying and inexplicable unknowns, this place has one certainty: it doesn't take kindly to guests. Meredith Haynes fell into The Second Stage during a routine surgery she was monitoring. She scrambled through it's empty expanses and fled from the decaying demonic mockery of a human being. With good fortune and great agility for a woman her age, she escaped with both her life and sanity, a miracle should miracles exist. Anyone of sound mind would never return, and spend the rest of their days in the company of friends and nights in the company of bright lights. However, Meredith met someone she never expected to see again, someone that might remove her from the ranks of those well advised souls that would never return. Now, in the days of silence thereafter, her mind wanders back to the one thing that might convince her to return, the one thing that will convince her to return. But what Meredith doesn't yet understand, is that the Second Stage has no windows, no entrances and no exits, for it accepts you when it wishes and releases you when it's finished.Complete

Maggie’s world begins to change after finding a letter addressed to her from the psychiatric hospital that offers an ominous warning. The stage is set after a visit to her see her father, normally in a fairly catatonic state, comes aware, giving Maggie the same warning as the letter she received. Creatures, called “revenants” want Maggie’s blood. Maggie’s mother is NOT what she seemed to be and after she’s attacked, a mystery guy, named Michel, arrives and rescues Maggie from one of these creatures and takes her to a safe house called "The Trust." Maggie, aided by a man named Liam and the rest of The Trust, learns what she really is- the last of a race of beings called “Phoenixes”, creatures who have the ability to call fire and use it as they wish. The revenants, led by a creature named Ossa, will stop at nothing to get Maggie; needing her blood to bring them to full power. Maggie must not only come to believe in all that she has heard, including that she’s one of these mythical creatures from stories, but also learn how to wield her power to face the creatures that would destroy both worlds Maggie has come to know of. While doing this, Maggie builds friendships she’s never had, must rise above her own self doubt, and quite possibly learn what it means to fall in love.Complete

"We've just moved here." I said. The woman looked sadly at me. "I hope you change your mind." she replied and walked away. *** Adam and his children have moved into an old abandoned mansion. The reason why they moved, was because he wanted to give himself and his children a fresh start. The murder of his little sister Annabelle and the divorce of his ex-husband took a heavy toll on him. Adam started drinking and doing drugs to cope with the pain. He named his youngest daughter after his sister to honor her. A woman passed him with her dog. She ask him to move out, because it's haunted. A horrible event took placed in that house many years ago. Adam doesn't believe her. Pretty soon, Max starts hearing child laughter and a lullaby at night. She tells it to her dad, but Adam says she has to stop watching horror movies. But what they don't know is that the woman was right. The house is possessed by evil spirits. The story threatens to be retold if they're not careful. But when Adam finds out a dark secret, it's already too late.Complete
