Follow this original fanfiction inspired by the short original halo cartoon movie from halo legend's "The babysitter".
A group of ODSTs lead by a Spartan III, one of very few who survived Reach, have been dispatched to a Covenant refueling post and kill an important Prophet, on a planet just 15 light years from earth. They were sent to destroy this refueling post as the war reaches its final days and the UNSC becomes desperate for as much time they can gather and how much damage they can do to the Covenant fleet and their internal politics. Follow the story from the point of view of the Spartan III and the ODST squad on board the UNSC 'Silent Joe', a Sahara-class heavy prowler that's been fitted with a reverse engineered experimental cloaking device. As they prepare to carry out their mission an unknown and unexpected enemy rears its malicious head.

The UNSC Class destroyer known as "The Free for All" has been drifting through space trying to escape from the Covenant. While they were travelling through space the crew received a transmission from a deeps of space calls out for a medical assistants in a unknown planet. When they got there they discovered a Halo Ring in front of them, one of the Forerunner installations left behind millions of years ago. Captain William wakes up Y/n-453 to enter the ring and find the transmission. But what Y/n and the rest will not know is this will be a beginning of adventure for the life time as they not just face the Covenant but other threats that will threatened the Universe.

They reported the structure as, "A giant ring, with what looks like an Earth like surface, with water, mountains, and grass, with the outside gray frame pulsating with blue lights." Everyone in the surrounding area tried to track the ship and contact them. They were never heard from again. The UNSC traced the signal to unknown coordinates, and are enroute to establish contact, as they believe the ring structure to be a Halo ring.
