17 year old Timothy Rodger and his family are moving to Oregon, and he knows it's going to be the trip of a lifetime. Mainly because it's a dangerous 6-month journey across the country in a wagon. 1844 couldn't get any harder, and Timothy just hopes he makes it and can set up a life for himself. He ends up being stuck with a small group of traveling wagons, full of new and interesting people that he will have to get along with. At first, things seem fine. Just a few questioning feelings for one guy, and a growing annoyance at another.

But Timothy soon learns that everyone has a motive.
And nothing is truly as it seems.
He just needs to make sure he can trust the right people and not make any mistakes.
But it's always harder when more risks are at stake, and people are dying.

Emily gets taken in the night by a stalker, and Jake comes to the rescue.When Jake goes out to find Emily, the stalker tries to kill Emily and Jake is in hot per suit to find her and make her safe again.
