Pop-less

Zakery, a teenage boy, writes about his journey through his unnamed and rare heart condition. He understands that there is no known cure, and will most likely die so to cope he writes what he feels and thinks, info, for his doctors, therapists, but mostly for his family and his girlfriend after he's gone.
