She has a bad past with relationships but puts it aside. When Clarke moves to Arkadia, Lexa is anxious to meet Clarke and get to know her. Disclaimer for the 100 fans:this starts two months after Clarke goes into the woods leaving Arkadia behind, roan THE KING OF AZGEDA finds Clarke to keep her safe and bring her to icenation. Lexa and Clarke do not get together in this fic but it does talk about forgotten feelings so any clexa fans reading get the closure before the story starts. I won't be going to the full extent of the feelings as i feel that would ruin the story for any clexa fans reading. Bellarke is completely platonic in this story but they are still friends as I ship bellarke my self I will not be disrespecting that relationship in any way in order to do that they will not be together in this at any point but this book will still include angst between them like s3 of the show. (Clexa ) After Lexa's death Clarke hadn't yet had the time to properly process her death. Yes she realize Lexa was gone but it didn't sink in...she hadn't gotten closure. After all she was too busy leading and one thing came and then the next and she always put everyone above herself and her feelings where pushed aside.
