Vire Inc. a popular virtual reality gaming company, has been designing a new virtual reality survival game, called Vire's Forest. Using shady methods, they manage to recruit a 'volunteer' to become a beta tester.

All the while, one of the leading computer/physics scientists is continuously pestered by the last remaining glitch in the software, who takes the form of a young boy. 'Glitch v.1082' causes the doctor so much anxiety, stress, and frustration, he creates a horrifyingly effective antivirus to get rid of the pest.

But what happens when the volunteer's data codes are corrupted and suddenly the anti-virus is after him as well as Glitch?

As the scientist and his assistant frantically try to shut down the now unresponsive antivirus, the volunteer must team up with the software's last glitch in the ultimate virtual reality survival game...

Highest rank: #1 in Teen-Fiction and sci-fi romance, #1 mindreader, #2 humor Aaron's special power might just be the coolest- or scariest- thing ever! It's always helped with his bad-boy reputation, his rightfully arrogant all-knowing intimidation seemed to go a long way with his love life and somehow also his education. Until he met Violet, one of the smartest girls in school; a girl he's been using for years, zoning in on her mind to ultimately cheat on exams and steal the title of valedictorian. Until one day, Violet failed him. Her mind wandered all over the place- her parent's divorce, her breakup, and he couldn't help but sympathize. But Violet's a smart girl, who knows how long it'll take before she finds out. Aaron depends so much on his mind-reading capabilities that when they suddenly disappear- so does everything he hasn't worked for. His secret was like Samson and his hair, once it's told, the magic's all gone.
