Numberless

Every teenager awaits the day when they turn 16 and their number appears on their arm. The number that connects them to their soulmate.

But, what if you never got yours?

This was a short story i wrote based off of a concept i had read about before. I admire this idea of soulmates being connected to one another by a number.
