this little book is to try to help out with things that people are going through :) like little tips to help out with mental health :) if you need advice on anything, comment it or dm me :) i'll put trigger warnings before i write if there's any possibly triggering things in here ☆ hotlines are included in the first chapter ♡ IMPORTANT: if you are experiencing something serious like suicidal thoughts/self harm, rape, domestic violence, depression, etc- then I strongly suggest that you get help. it actually really helps and it feels good knowing that you have someone to talk to :)
