Four years ago, the Tony Stark was made to babysit to control his inner ego. Now four years after, Stark doesn't remember the kid he babysat clearly known to the fact that he hasn't seen the kid since he babysat him, but that's okay, cause nether has the kid.
The Tony Stark babysitting Peter Parker wasn't anything Peter Parker, a nine year old, remembered. Peter Parker's life included school, friends, and his aunt, the only family he as, but that wasn't all his life included.
Tony Stark was chilling around in the tower, when he got the call of his life from a small munchkin that tells him that his aunt is gone, but why would this kid call Tony for his aunt being gone? Tony was just a 'man of iron.'

This has two fan ideas in here Spider-man X black cat and Peter Benjamin Parker-Romanoff son of the black widow In this universe it is similar to the marvel cinematic universe in that most the movies in the MCU happened. Except for a few such as civil war. Mainly civil war, homecoming and any other future Spider-Man MCU movies. I liked the movies I just don't think they fit with my ideas for this universe. In my opinion. I think Felicity Hardy was just a misguided soul. So the super hero team of Spider-Man and black cat begins. Peter parker is your average ordinary web slinging superhero. He lives with his adoptive mother Natasha Romanoff in stark tower. Peter is a junior in high school, 16 years old, and a young man with spider powers. Behind his mothers back at night, with the help of Bruce banner and Tony Stark, Peter plays the role of the amazing spiderman! So what does he do when he meets a cat burglar who gives him bad luck every time he crosses her path. Felicity hardy is a 16 year old cat burglar who just lost her mother and her fathers still in prison. Now she's living with some relatives and going back to school for her junior year of high school she finds the time at night to break into jewelry stores too get the money she needs to pay for her fathers ticket out of the slammer. But what happens when your friendly neighborhood web head gets in the way and tries to bring Felicity back to the right path? But what happens when someone brings back a monster from peters past? When the rain falls
After Peter had been bitten by a spider and the death of his Uncle Ben, Peter became Spider-man. Living with his Aunt May, going to high school as a sophomore and at night saving the people of Queens from Robberies, Kidnappings and some of Spider-mans enemies. One day Peter comes home to see his Aunt May shot and killed just like his Uncle Ben. Peter was then taken to an Orphanage where he was neglected by the care takers only a few kids try to help him make it through his time in the Orphanage. But sadly over the time of three months Peter slowly stopped talking, the schools therapist that was in charged of helping Peter to talk again. Tony and Pepper are wanting to adopt a kid thinking that having a kid will help keep the other's from having another 'Civil war' issue. So that is what they did, going to the closest Orphanage in Queens. When they first lay their eyes on Peter they knew that he was special and that he was the one. Everything was going great but all good things must come to an end. Will Peter make it out of his depressed state or will he be forever lost in his depression.
