Tony and Eerika stumble upon a woman who blame them for her son's death. Feeling guilty, the two friends get together and spend a month with the secretary of state to make the Sokovia Accords. While Tony, Eerika, Rhodey, Natasha, and Vision find the accords to be very useful; Steve, Wanda, Clint and Sam do not.
In the meantime, Steve's old war buddy, Bucky Barnes, is convected of terrorism and is being held on trail.
Steve knows that Bucky is innocent while Tony doesn't.
Tony knows the only way to end this dispute is in a fight.
Eerika, on the other hand, has some of her own issues that she is struggling with. The dispute between her lover and her best friend makes the situation much worse than it should be.

It's been almost a month and a half since the destruction of Ultron and the city of Sokovia. No one has heard or seen Iris since. Little do they know that she's alive, well, and under the care of Carter, a man from her past. It isn't until Nick Fury picks Iris up from Carter's that Iris shows up unannounced at the New Avenger's facility, much to the bewilderment of the team. And, as always, Iris' luck is generally poor. After an accident on one of the New Avenger's missions, King T'Chaka of Wakanda brings up a serious concern that directly involves the Avengers and the way they work. The story takes place after the Accords and revolves around you, the reader. You are the Goddaughter of Tony Stark and his protege. You have helped with the Avengers since its birth and when the Accords were in talks before Steve found Bucky in Romania, you and Tony had a fallout. You could no longer be apart of something that you didn't believe in. You have helped Steve, Bucky, and the fugitives from behind the curtain you have not seen them and have not met the infamous Winter Soldier. They have since made a tense amends with Tony and a new threat looms in the future requiring the team to unite against the enemy for the greater good. You are in the crosshairs as the successor and ultimately seen as Tony's daughter and those who want to hurt him are after you. However, you have built a new life for yourself this past year and refuse to speak with him and are not yet fully aware of dire circumstances that you may be in.
