Iceber son of the great Prince Vegeta is considered weak with only a power lvl of 20,000 . Vegeta try's to train him but his progress is slow one to the point where it's almost nonexistent. day Vegeta gets too frustrated and yells at Iceber calling him a Disgrace to the Saiyan race. So Iceber steals Vegtea's Gravity room/ Spaceship and heads out into space to find a new home leaving the Brief's Devastated. Iceber  eventually lands on another Earth where people have things called quirks! he lives on this planet training on his ship
