Priya is an 18 year old girl living in the crowded city of Bombay. Orphaned at a very young age, she always gets nightmares of her mother's death. She is neglected by her own orphanage, and her college treats her like a freak. Thrown out into the brutal world without any care, experience, love or friendship, she lives a miserable life. But before she can end her aimless life on her eighteenth birthday, she realises she's more than just a human. She is a mage. And she was treated like a freak because of her eminent powers. she gets transported into the land of mages Baryonus. Will she find friends, mentors and her love? Or even worse people in these new waters?

The main character does not participate in SH and there is no SA. Dianna is free. Finally. Now she just wants to stay that way. Dianna was born a Super in Carson City, one of the many independent cities in the confederation. Marked at birth with a power no one fully understood until it was too late, she ended up rotting in prison for crimes she never meant to commit. When a second chance arrives in the form of a transfer to a new City, Dianna is startled to realize just how different her new home is from the old.
