Y/N Iero is the quiet girl living in a boring town stuck in the Pacific Northwest. She lives with her dad, cat, and brother Frank. When her dad has a great business opportunity all the way in the other side of the U.S., they all have no choice but to leave their past lives behind.
Y/N's new high school is filled with violence, preps, and rebels. It's far different from any school the siblings have ever been to. When her brother befriends a certain group of boys, she finds herself being the center of attention for one of them, and she can't seem to find the strength to stop herself from falling for him....
This is the first fanfic I've ever written, it probably won't be super good, but we'll see how this goes. I don't plan on writing any smut, yet. Only warnings are mention of drug use and strong language. Expect slow updates and hopefully long chapters, and criticism is always welcome! Have fun reading, little mcr beans. - xoxo kat

Gerard way and Frank Iero have always passed each other in the hallway but never spoke a word to one another. They are both alike in many ways. Both loners who feel like they don't quite belong. Frank mostly spends his days depressed and alone. The occasional hurtful remarks from his fellow classmates and father wearing him down. Frank's family issues seem to swallow him hole which is mainly why he feels like throwing in the towel... permanently. Gerard lives to protect those he cares about. Though, he has a bit of an edgy attitude most people learn to respect. There's more to Gerard than what the outside shows. His brother Mikey and best friend Ray know glimpses of how he really feels, and how complications from the past really fuck with his behavior. But, their differences don't keep them apart considering these strangers are forced into each other's lives when Gerard finds Frank attempting to commit suicide.
