You've lived with your older cousin Daniel, purifying camps and helping children reach ascension for most of your life now. He's always told you that as a devoted follower of Xemüg, it's your job to stay behind on the un-cleansed Earth and show others the light. That meant no ascending. When you and Daniel visit Camp Campbell, you come across an especially interesting group of campers that threatens to jeopardize your entire plan, but worse yet, makes you question everything you've ever been told.
I'm writing this because there's not nearly enough non-shipping stories in the whole "Reader Joins the Camp" genre thing. Idk what to call it. So here, have one of those but without the semi-uncomfortable shipping. Male!Reader coming soon. LOTS OF SWEARS (Duh it's camp camp.)
