It is Jessie Brickett's fourth year in Denvore High School, and she knows this school inside and out. However, she has never once met Liam Payne. Through her friendship with Harry Styles, she meets with Liam at last. Her first encounter with him isn't so great, due to him being really rude. But, after playing an arcade game that they're both really good at, they end up bonding. She sees the fun, friendly side of him that Harry said would come out after knowing him better. Something starts in both their hearts, aching for each other.

However, Liam has a hidden mistake from the past that has come back to haunt him, and loving Jess causes him to put up some walls. Will these walls prevent her from falling for the person she thought he was?
