Kira (Once known as Nine Omega) is the leader of the sanctuary, and he helped create it two years ago. Him and his partner, Lynn (Nine Psi), have been parasites for five years, being born with an earlier generation of parasites. Having seen the true nature of APE, he rejects their cause and has created a place where parasites can live without the cruelness of APE. This is a new story, a new perspective, of Darling In The Franxx.
