After a messy divorce, Dan Howell and his abusive father moved far away form his home town of Berkshire to Manchester. Now in his sophomore year of Moon Drip high school, he's despreate just to get school done and over with. He's determined not to get any friends or a boyfriend.
But as he moves throughly the year, his plans are debunked by a certain popular boy by the name of Phil Lester who finds an interest in Dan with his beaten skin.
