I thought I was just an average kid (well maybe not average since my dad died), but then I found myself in Hyrule as the new hero of time.

This story stands alone and is not a retelling of any previous Zelda stories. I have my own choices and explanations of things that may not be exactly how the games told it. I hope you enjoy the story.

The Legend of Zelda: The Dark Agenda
Far in the future, Link and Ganondorf battle in broken world, a fusion of the 'child' and 'adult' timelines. Hyrule is ravaged and all inhabitants, even Ganon's minions, have abandoned their homes due to fear of Link and Ganon's conflict. A Demigod takes advantage of their weakened states and places power inhibitors on their necks, forcing Link and Ganon to work together. This is an old fanfic from 2014. Keep in mind that this is not written as a thoroughly as novel, so this story does not have detailed descriptions of environments or senses. This is written as a plot synopsis/script for a video game premise. I have written this plot in such a way that it can easily fit into the far future of any Zelda timeline. (I should mention that I do have a copyright on this plot, not all of the characters. Because the plot I have written can fit into any JRPG video game, I acquired a copyright by swapping out all of Zelda's characters, places and terms with other names. However, the Demigod (his personality and goals) is my creation as well (ergo, also under the copyright) since he is a character that is from one of my novels. I know that my plot would essentially be a Zelda rip-off as it is, so I would not sell it on that basis. I have a copyright on the plot just in case, so no one can just randomly try to steal it without giving me proper compensation.)Completa

The legend of the hero, Link, the Goddess reborn, Zelda, and evil reincarnate, Ganon has been ingrained in the history of Hyrule from its very inception. Link, a young boy clad in green, is always destined to vanquish evil and save Hyrule, however, what if Link was betrayed by those he called allies? Before Hyrule prospered, before Skyloft was created, a hero lived in the land of Hylia, and though his deeds earned him legendary status amongst the peoples of Hylia, there were those who resented the hero. Framed for a crime he did not commit, the young man was cast in chains, forever to be locked away. That is, until the traitor's plot was uncovered. However, years had passed as the hero rotted away in a murky cellar. Could he truly forgive the people their sins? Alright ladies and gents, It's wedding season in Castle Town and on this season of the bachelor is non-other than the Hero of Time! Link has defeated Ganondorf and Hyrule has once again recaptured its' reign of peace and prosperity. Or has it? Mayhem has returned to the land of Hyrule as news sweeps the nation that the Hero of Time must be wed! The royal family will hold a competition/ball, and all are welcome to enter. However, our hero Link has only eyes for one girl... and that's you dear reader! (For the sake of the story we are going to pretend Zelda does not send Link back to the child timeline.) This is a Link x Reader romance and my first time writing something of this genre. There will be a PG-13 ending AND an NC-17 one.
