After a catastrophic war and a deadly virus that plagued the world, humanity is left divided, hunting each other down and murdering for vengeance... Or purely for fun. With humanity on the brink of extinction, and another war on the rise, a survivor is revived, given a chance to maybe, just maybe, save the world. ...And all she can remember is her name. ______________________________________ There is a name for those who mutated to survive the virus. I'm not talking about the immune, who can flush the disease straight from their system. I'm talking about The Freaks. If you listen to the rumours, after the Deathwave they started appearing from the wastes, people with no soul or conscience, although once human they now could be described as monsters. You'd think I'd agree, seeing as I ran away from them. But from where I stand, it's Humans who are the monsters.
