Binge-thinking is like overeating.
My mind is constantly consuming everything it senses and it's not healthy anymore.
My mind is slow to digest which is the reason why things get stuck in my head.
So i needed to burn things up to help myself.
I need to burn my thoughts.

The Days With No Sun
Sometimes we fear truth over reality. But things get dark and heavy and we play the blame game. We end up hurting others or ourselves even. We don't think before we act or we don't say before we do. The Words I couldn't Say
This is a place for me to put all the things I wish I said but I just couldn't. These are a way for me to "say" these things without actually saying them to the person I want to. I probably won't ever go back or read any of these because it's like revisiting a bad memory so don't expect much in terms of editing.
