To make matters worse, ninety-nine percent of the world's population has been decimated by a mysterious series of cataclysmic events known as the Shatters. With humanity on the brink of total annihilation, an ancient race of superhuman creatures called the Antes emerges and takes its place on top of the food chain.

Now, it's up to Logan and these strangers he can't seem to trust to take back the earth from these usurpers who claim to only be making their long-overdue homecoming.

I never saw my life going this way but here I am running for my life and my children's. This was the last bus stop, and I had a choice to make. I hope that I would not make the wrong one.
