Ruined

Life for Jesibelle is practically perfect. She has good friends, she participates in school activities, and she is living a normal teenage life if you ask me. But when mysterious beings attack on Jesibelle's home town, things go wrong. With everything ruined, what will she do now?
After the attack ends, Jesibelle goes to the remains of her house and finds a note from her parents reading, "Find us at the sh-."
When her best friend, Willow, finds out that the word means "shack" that's exactly where they head to. But when they reach the place where the shack was, it's not there, and neither are Jesibelle's parents. The only thing left in the place where the shack was is something that Jesibelle can't figure out why they were left there. What will Jesibelle do? Will she find her parents? And what is left where the shack used to be? Well, I guess you'll just have to read it to find out.
