Its about one man in my church whom i wish to yell at every week i am forced to go to church, and there are many. Kinda personal, so if you don't agree with it, then OK, that's fine, I don't feel like debating.  I do not have the desire to debate this whole thing because i have to listen to others opinions all day from my family. 
So if you have a bee up your butt and believe that women shouldn't be leaders, go cry about it or something, i don't care.
