Angel Rose never had much luck when it came to family but she would damn near try and put it back together after every fight. That was, until she just gave up trying, trying to fix things that were broken and shattered. But one broken, shattered boy turns her life upside down in too many different ways.
Alex Bird has a somewhat angry personality, he can't control his temper or his life. Things are outta his control and he hates it; hates that his dad had an affair and fathered a new baby, hates that niether his mum nor his dad particularly care for him or love him. All he wants is someone to notice that he isn't ok, that he's broken and needs fixing. Then Angel becomes more obvious, she's a mystery. He wants her, but also wants her to stop being so nosey.
Can two teenagers battling their own problems find away to help build each other up and have an awesome road trip in the Great Australian wilderness. What could possibly go wrong......
