A girl was living an average and normal life with her mom, dad, and sister. Everything was fine, and everything was going great for this family, until one event cause the whole family to shatter in pieces. A 4 year old girl being the one who took most of the damage. As she grew older, she began to falter more and more, until she reached what you would call rock bottom. Her life was just the beginning of what you would call pure chaos, until it all was set ablaze. The A Team: A Novella
I lost someone dear to me in the midst of the Heroin Epidemic hitting MA in the last 3 years that spurred me to write The A Team. It is a reference to Ed Sheeran's song. This story was my grieving process. Without it, I'd be in a maelstrom of emotions that I wouldn't know what to do with. Also, my favorite band, Fall Out Boy, has a physical copy of this story. I gave it to them this past summer at a Meet & Greet in Mansfield, MA for the Boys of Zummer tour. I'd probably bawl my eyes out if I ever hear that they read it, but I don't want to hold out too much hope. They are my second form of coping with anything, and their music gave me the drive to even write the novella. Here's the description: What does it mean to truly learn to love your life again?
