The world used to be full of dragons, but now there are only three. The rest of them were killed by King Enji, the Dragon King, and those that escaped that fate were sealed in the stars by the Protector of Dragons, All Might. But this world can't survive without dragons, so the old hero choose a successor that would fulfill the prophecy, and free the dragons.
