"Oh, Ink..." The small demon glanced at its surroundings. "If we wanna have a fresh start, we gotta change, ya know? Especially after that 'soul fiasco'!"

Bendy sighed. "I know, I know. It's your 'thing'. But we gotta try and be good! Or should I say you," the demon added sourly.

There was silence for a moment. "͜W͜e̷ll̀, ̢that̨ ̸c̕o̸ul̡d҉ ҉b̴e̷ ̀a͟n̢ ̵easy͟ f͞ix ̵i̴f͏ yo̷u wou̡ld̕ on͜l͝y̡ e̸a̷s̡e your g̀rip҉ ͏a̛ ͠ļi͠tt͏l̸é!̛ I̷ me̴a͞n҉,͏ Jée̕z͠,̷ y̛ou ͜ac̢ţ l̡i̕k͠e ͢I͘ ̵ki͝lle̵d ̀s̷o͞me͝bod̴y̵!"̴

"Ink, listen! I know, you feel... Strange since we won't get back home once we leave. But the thing is, this chance? I mean, it's a chance of an eternal lifetime! Everything could be different!" The small demon pepped, leaving his darker personality to bite.

".͟.͜.͘I.́.. I ̶d͝o͠n̨'t͝ ͟wa͝n͜t͞ ͝t͠hing̀s t̸o b͡e̴ ͜dif̀fer҉e̷nt. ̨T͘hi̧n͜g̨s ͢ar̀e ͏f͢i̷ne ḩer̀e...͘ Aren't they?"

Ink's voice wavered a bit, as if uncertain in the end.

For a moment, the small demon hugged himself.

"Just keep smiling, Ink. We'll get through this... Together."
