Hi Internet :)

Before we jump into Cessa's head, I just wanted to clarify on a few things.

So this is set in another kind of time/dimension/planet, but it's basically names of stuff and shapes of buildings and whatever that are really of any difference.
If you're iffy about spelling words properly or whatever, then you might not like this. I write the story as my character and she hasn't got the widest vocabulary and she'll only write in the terms she knows so there'll be a lot of slang and - at first - bad spelling, but then she learns some new words and how to spell stuff properly in chapter six so. Also, I write all the dialogue how it's said, so yh. Just thought I'd warn you.
I know this isn't a description of the story, but I couldn't figure out how to insert a new part before my first one, so I just went with this.

"Where do you need to go? You're pretty cut up." Jenny murmured, stroking my fur as I padded slowly down to the Black Lake. "I need to hunt." This is just a little side thing where I challenge myself. I'm running a game on a discord server where the members give me a word of their choice and I have to create a quick mini Shadamy story on the spot based on that word. The sides of his mouth slowly began tilting upwards. All the bitterness and the cold, it was all so visible in his eyes. I looked at him in horror, noticing him as he took his first steps towards me. "Talk to me... Because this might be the only time you will ever be able to talk, " he said this sentence in such a calm tone, it caused me once again to shiver with goosebumps. "W-what do you mean...". Never in my life have I stuttered, until then.

I could feel the blood still tripping down my leg and face, so I knew I couldn't make false promises but Shane needed me. He needs me. I'm his anchor, I'm the girl he leans on when he's feeling like he's losing. I have to do this. This story is rated R. I struggled with this for a while, considering rating it PG-13 and placing the rather "graphic" scenes in a separate book but I believe it would take away from the story. My characters are considered adults in the eyes of the law and society and therefore do 'adult' things. For the most part, the story will be PG-13 but because I wouldn't split it, it's earned an R rating. Hope you understand.
