living in a small island of Sulani has it perks. enjoying warm weather and the beautiful and breathtaking views of sunsets. who wouldn't live this?
When Marco and star turn 16, Marco notices that star has been distant with water. as in getting in it and playing with it. as if shes scared? how can that be if they basically grew up near ocean.

The story follows Marco Diaz, who is on his final year in Echo Creek Academy. One day, on his late night visit to the pier, he meets a girl with long yellow hair. Their first meeting was....not the best and Marco hoped that that will be his last, till he meets her again as the new transfer student to his class. Her name is Star Butterfly, a bratty teen who is...not the friendliest, but has accumulated many rumors surrounding her name, past and herself. She doesn't want to be involved with anyone, especially Marco, not after what happened last time.
