"I'm Itoro, Itoro Samuels."

"And what are you doing here?"

"Trying to clean up Sir, you came home drunk last night and your elder brother thought it was wise to let me clean up your mess."

Excerpt🎬: "You like what you see?" He crossed his arms over his chest, aligning his muscles and raising his ash polo shirt which gave her a great view of his Calvin Klein boxers. Being a chicken, she avoided his steamy gaze and gave an excuse to use the toilet. She ran into the master bedroom and she stared into the mirror. Her exacerbated reflection didn't deflect the daring gaze Jonathan had burned into her. "I thought people only ran when they were chased." He spoke from the door, his lean body relaxed on its frame. His voice teased her and pleased her. He moved closer before she could utter a lame excuse. He stopped less than a feet away from her, she cranked her neck to look boldly at him. She could feel his breath on her face but he didn't touch her still. So why could she feel him everywhere? *------------------------------------------------* Best Rankings on RTF: 26/08/2021: #3 Romamcereads2020 06/07/2021: #1 Africa 23/01/2021: #2 Amazon 22/02/2020: #1 Phoniexquill2019 03/05/2020: #1 Taa2019 #1 Projectnaija #5 Amazon #1 Assassin 20/05/2020: #5 BestBooksOnWattpad 14/06/2020: #1 Africabookclub #5 Hotline 16/08/2022 ~ 1/11/2022: #1 Proudnigerian Edited by ©IgweSharonstone ©IgweSharonstone.2019 Disclaimer: the picture in the cover photo doesn't belong to me in any way.

What is your spec? I mean those qualities you desire your future partner to possess? Definitely not being way below in the social ladder right? Especially when you are the lady in the picture. Amarachi Jessica Okpara, alias, Ajay also thought the same way. Being a successful career woman with a pretty face and nice body, she couldn't settle for less..... Or so she thought... Until she met the one who changed her life.... ************************************************** That was when I noticed how close he was to me. His huge manly figure towering over me like I was something he wanted to protect, like I was a precious gem he found. Could he be the man God has chosen for me? Because judging from events, he was the first man I saw after my long night vigil. But then I took another good look at him. I cringed at my own thoughts. 'Ewww! Ajay, how could such a lame thought creep into your lousy head?' God will definitely not give me such an ugly-faced illiterate. I got away from him immediately. "Aunty your phone...." He called, running to meet me. He handed the phone to me giving me that same sheepish smile. And again I was disappointed that I could think of this irritating guy as an option. Jeez! Definitely not what I want! He leaned into me so our lips were inches apart, I stared wide eyed, unable to move my body but I leaned my head back creating a little bit of space between us. A smirk graced his lips as his eyes twinkled with unbridled mischief. "You'll definitely make for a good wife. Lucky me". He said and purposely leaned into me so much so his lips nearly grazed mine, I squeaked and shut my eyes in surprise but his forehead only pressed on mine. I opened my eyes slowly to meet his and I realized he was holding up a diamond studded ring. I looked back at him only to see him watching my reaction closely. "What is that for?", I hoped he didn't detect how shaky my voice had become because of our close proximity. "This is your engagement ring, my dear fiancée", he said and took a step back, burying one of his hands in his pocket and tilting his head. I just stared wide eyed at the ring in his right hand, it was all too real. "What?, You didn't expect me to kneel, now did you", he chuckled at his own words and took my hand, sliding the ring on it. •••• Trapped in a marriage of convenience by her father, Sifon must fight tooth and nail to come out unscathed but she'd damned before she lets him have the last laugh. MR. DEEN by Omasirichii
82 parts Ongoing Mature
"Mr. Deen" tells the story of a man around whom turmoil constantly brews, yet it never seems to touch him. He moves through life, leaving heartbreak and conflict in his wake, but those wounds never find their way back to him. His actions are often selfish and ruthless-he breaks his ex's heart with chilling ease-but the consequences fall not on him, but on those closest to him. His new girlfriend unexpectedly absorbs the pain that should be his, suffering in ways she never deserved. Despite his flaws, Mr. Deen is deeply loved. People are drawn to him, captivated by his charm and presence, so much so that they would rather protect him than see him hurt. Even when he causes pain, those around him, perhaps out of love or need, find themselves shielding him from the repercussions. His devotion to his new lover is real, showing a softer, almost tender side that clashes with the trail of emotional wreckage he leaves behind. As events unfold, it becomes clear that fate, or perhaps the sheer force of human affection, keeps Mr. Deen untouchable. People care for him so deeply that, rather than letting him suffer, they turn the hurt inward, or project it onto others. It's this strange dynamic-where love becomes both his shield and his weapon-that shapes the world around him. In "Mr. Deen," readers are left to wonder: How far will love go to protect a man who doesn't seem to deserve it? And at what cost to those who love him? #1 - Abuja (30-12-2023) #1 - Wattnaija (19-06-2024) #1 - Wattpadnigeria (30-06-2024) - (29-07-2024)

*** Why are you still here Mr Wellington?" I asked as I clutched my bathrobe to cover my body well. I don't want the scenario of my bathrobe falling off. "You've not answered me, who's that guy?" He asked "You mean Darlington?" "Da... What?" He raised his brows "You heard me, I work for you Mr Wellington, as your PA, you have no right to ask me about my private life, who I hang out with or talk to isn't your business! I don't poke my nose in your affairs so don't poke your nose in mine!" I shot at him in anger. "Listen you have every right to be mad at me and I don't blame you, I just need you to listen to me" he said firmly "Whatever you say won't change anything Mr Wellington" "Great! I'm sick and tired of trying to reason with you, I'm not interested in explaining myself anymore, but I want you to know one thing, strong relationships are built on the foundation of trust, relationships without trust or forgiveness are bound to fail, just like ours" he said and stormed out I slumped on my bed and different thoughts ran through my mind. His statement echoed in my head "strong relationships are built on the foundation of trust, relationships without trust or forgiveness are bound to fail, just like ours" *** Read and enjoy DEPTH OF PAIN #51- adc... out of 292 stories (december 1st 2018)
