Dear Reader,
Almost for sure, as a child at least once, you have played hot and cold game, if you don't know what it is, I going to establish the rules, they're very simple:
1º You need at least two persons to play like tango, that it's needed two to dance, so you have the hunter that is going to find the object that the other wants you to find.
2º Following by the other that is going to give to the hunter, instructions such as 'you're getting warmer' or 'colder', until the hunter finds out the object.
Since now you know the rules, I want you to think about a possibility...
If this game could be used as a starter of a relationship, that goes back and forward, and in this case the object is connection or maybe love to be found between a future couple.
And now that you have a image of the game, you can meet your players:
Priscilla Wright, 28, contest by many as a stone-cold rock, tough to decipher, great for business, because doesn't break easily before negotiations and bluffs, a disgrace in the fields of love.
Jasper Allen Moore, 31, a real softy, which can be harmful to his career, because is the reason that made him be stuck in the same place, and beyond that he cherishes books and people.
Well, what you think about this combination? Let's play?
Keep reading always and you shall find their journey in the next chapters.
Yours truly,
A.J. Borges

"Don't worry.." I say, getting up off the chair and walking around him on my way out, my scarf running through his fingers lightly until it slips out.
He tilts his head back over the back of his chair in a lazy laid back way, his thumb and fingers now holding his chin, as he watches me leave, still with a small smile on his face.
"I won't break your heart." I turn around and say lightly, jokingly, just to tease him.
His smile fades.
"You won't...because you can't break what's already broken." He says more seriously.

Once bitten, twice shy
Such is the case for Aaron Bishop, who after a failed marriage, decides that love and all things related, is not worth the trouble.
So he moves forward with his future, making sure that no woman is unclear about his intentions about love, or carries any hopes of marriage and happily ever after..that is not in his destiny.
It's really simple actually:
-Nothing lasts forever... especially love.
-Nothing is long term... When it comes to his relationships.
-Everyone is replaceable... So don't get too comfortable.
But that is not to say that the ride will not be exceptionally enjoyable, while it lasts..
But such an arrangement, is not something Raquel St Patrick can wrap her head around.
Whimsical, Peculiar, Optimistic, Independent, Eccentric, Deviant...are all words one can use to describe her, Her very nature is to go against the odds.
For her, it's all or nothing.
Can Aaron convince her to jump along on the ride with him on his terms....?
But what happens when the lines start to get blurred and they get so intertwined that it's harder to separate, than stay together.
