About a girl, Ichika Outkatsuki, who has a dark past, trying to start over. She goes to a school for people who has strong abilities, she became the Ace of her school. While she tries not to hurt anyone her abilities are, Modification, Manipulation, Creation and Ability Reaper. She meets a boy one year older, Ayato Sora. He has the abilities, Ultra Detection and Hunter. They became known as The Satanic Devils along with Nagisa, Kayson and Koroseni Ichikas brother. Nagisa uses Illusion and Mind Control. Kayson uses No Longer Human and Beast Under Midnight. Koroseni uses Time Manipulation and Time Travel. They made a name on the most powerful Ability Users and now they're being hunted down by the Users of Chayos.
