Ever heard stories of people who die, but come back to earth? Maybe you've heard of all three afterlives; purgatory, hell, and heaven? Perhaps you learned it from a class about religion in school. Maybe you just saw it in an episode of Supernatural, or on some daytime talk show.
Well, I'm here to tell you the only truth I'm certain about:
I have been to hell.
I'm back.
I have unfinished business.

They've been saved, by Death himself, for a very different mission. They will be reaping and advising souls, keeping the very balance of the universe. "We have evaluated your life, and you do not clearly fit into a category of the afterlife. For this reason, you have been sent to purgatory to be advised. After your trial period, I will decide where you fit, or whether you'll need a second trial for advising." He paused, looked up at me, and frowned. "What's your name?" "Why?" The Past Haunts Me
You know that near-death experience only a few people ever go through? I'm one of them. My mother says I was in a car accident with my older brother, Eric. I was basically dead until the doctors revived me. As for him... they couldn't save him. Sometimes I think it was my fault. Maybe I was the reason he died. Or maybe not. Because lately, I'm starting to remember things that don't make sense. And I'm not so sure my mother told me the truth about what really happened that night.

There is theory, that when a person experiences a near-death, he or she comes by to a coma, going in an alternate universe where all souls dwell to await their final judgement. The "Borderline" as they call it. In here, they experience "bliss", the perfect description of happiness. That's what they said that you would feel right before you die.
