David Manchester has been stuck in a chronic depression after his wives murder. Even two years after her untimely, unfair death, David remains what he likes to call hopeless. Convinced that he needs to get out of the city and find somewhere to die, David searches for a place to be alone, bothered, and where he can die in peace, the place where he is sure he will find happiness in death.

However, little does David know that he is about to be set onto a path to happiness, by seven spirits who desperately wish to help him redeem himself.
