Adette is your slightly above average(in the looks department) sixteen year old girl. She is tormented by everyone at school for various reasons. Mainly having slightly above average looks that apparently rival the Barbie molded cheerleaders of the school(she doesn't get it either) except for Chris Tallows. He's been her best friend for as long as she can remember. After a vicous attack by the lead cheerleader, and one good punch to her right eye, Chris shows unexpected comfort and embraces her.
