Adette is your slightly above average(in the looks department) sixteen year old girl. She is tormented by everyone at school for various reasons. Mainly having slightly above average looks that apparently rival the Barbie molded cheerleaders of the school(she doesn't get it either) except for Chris Tallows. He's been her best friend for as long as she can remember. After a vicous attack by the lead cheerleader, and one good punch to her right eye, Chris shows unexpected comfort and embraces her. Don't get too excited ;). He's just a friend. He tells her “Someday everyone won’t be able to help but see how beautiful you are. From the inside out. But how was she to know that Chris was a Warlock. Considering Chris didn't know either that is. And how does this tie in with moving away(the beauty on steriods is permanent but distance lessens the attention) and meeting Blade Ward?
