In riverside crime rarely happens.
In the small religious town called Point view until a group of troubled teens cause problems around the town and are eventually sent to serve juvenile detention in the "other side" of town where crime is very often.
Vanessa a 16 year old girl who got blamed for the crime going around town gets sent to Kerms Detention center where she meets a teenage boy who is a well known trouble maker who is trying to get out of the center in search of the "love of his life" and gives Vanessa a deal to come along but while out things might not be what they had expected.
