Blue Mell just moved into New York City. Her new school is Midtown High. However, along with her everyday life struggles, she the new web-slinging hereon, Frost. She has been working as Frost for nearly five years. So Blue is quite experienced. She hides her identity from Spider-Man, Nova, White Tiger, Iron-Fist, and Power Man. She works with them, but not with S.H.I.E.L.D. She is afraid that her identity will be released to the Director Fury. Now, she works hard everyday to keep her identity secret from her friends and S.H.I.E.L.D.
