If you don't know what a Calinthro is it is a demon who stalks its prey for years. They will follow you and be in your life until the day they believe they have gained your ultimate trust then reveal they're true form. A Calinthro will them reveal themselves and drag their pray down to the underworld to be a pet. 

Lucien is a calinthro plain and simple.
