Summary:

Okay so to speed this up, this is basically one of those stories where Lucy Heartfilia had her memories sealed by her mom, she is a celestial dragon slayer, and gets her memories back.

The catch is, Layla Heartfilia is a human AND is the celestial dragon. Her mother taught her celestial slaying magic when she was young, but had to flee on the 7th year, of the 7th month, on the 7th day because of reasons.

Before she fled, Layla had sealed her memories because it could cause something(read to find out). But the most important part in my opinion(I think) is that when she was young, she had met two people. They're twins. A girl and a boy. Aliana and Jax. When Layla sealed her memories(Lucy), Aliana and Jax were forced to never see her again because they could bring her memories back.
