"Tony, I'm tired of you going to a bar and coming home with some random woman. I have to lead your one night stands out of your house almost every morning." Pepper whisper screams as she stands behind the man sitting in a booth, gulping down some scotch.
"It's not that bad..." Tony grins at her after he gulped down the rest of his drink.
"It's not that bad?" Pepper looks at him in disbelief. "You're so set on getting into a different girl's pants every night that you could never even think of having a real relationship."
"Could too." Tony defends himself like a little kid.
"Okay. Next girl that walks through that door," Pepper points to the entrance of the bar, "You have to get her to fall in love with you. And if you don't, you give me a raise for having to deal with your crap."
Tony chuckles. "Easy." They shake on it, then you walk in. Big mistake .

This story is as the title says. It's a Tony Stark x reader fanfic. However, Pepper Potts doesn't exist. Well, she does, but for the sake of the story, she died. So, you took over as Tony's live-in assistant, you'd been working there for years and you bonded pretty quickly... I don't know how to write descriptions. Here are some notes you should know before you start reading though: 1. Obviously Pepper is dead 2. You met Tony during the events of the Avengers movie (you are an Avenger on a technicality) 3.
