Izuku learned that after being saved by All Might just to be told he couldn't be a hero, then scolded by MORE pro heroes when he tried to save his childhood friend Kacchan.
But maybe a new door opens when he saves a puppy with a quirk in an alley. All just because he decided to speak up for himself.

My Hero Academia: Nature's Heart
Izuku Midoriya has a very powerful Quirk. One that was all about nature. Because of that, he had grown to enjoy the company of plants and animals more than he did people. He was often made fun of for how he preferred nature to people, which only served to make him dislike people even more. But, despite that, Izuku wanted to be a hero more than anything. Being a hero would give him the biggest chance he had to be an advocate for protecting nature while also getting to help people. It helped that he had a large brain to match his big heart. Despite how he disliked people, he had a main hobby of analyzing Quirks. He kept journals with him at all times for his notes about Quirks. Eventually, Izuku gains the attention of the one and only principal of UA, Nezu. The only known animal to have a Quirk. Nezu had learned of Izuku, his Quirk analyzing, and his love of nature. He grew interested in the young man and decided to get to know him. Let's see how the journey of our favorite green-haired hero hopeful changes when he both has a Quirk and a slightly chaotic mentor. I do not own MHA or any of its characters. I do have an OC who will be a main character. Another character, Hikari, was created by my AMAZING friend, CrystalCake101.

Kacchan thinks that izuku is useless. Many probably think so too. Deku doesn't have a quirk but his mother paid the doctors not to write him down as quirkless. If you are quirkless, you will not only be treated very badly, but in some cases also hunted. Because of the blood. People with quirks have problems getting a blood donation. Someone with an animal quirk cannot donate or get any blood from another animal quirk that is not the same species or another quirk . A person with a fire quirk can only get or give blood from someone with a fire quirk. Blood loss is very dangerous only a quirkless person can donate blood to everyone and become blood from everyone.
