Blue looks behind her and notices a guy standing there with a frown on his face. she looks at the cookie then back at this stranger, then she looks back at the cookie again and came to a decision.
she turns around fully so that she was facing Mr grumpy Pants and then did the unexpected.
with a mischievous smile, she licked the cookie smirked at him and then put the cookie back.
He looked like those cartoon characters as his face turned completely red.
