The people whispered that her arrows were alive. They knew your name, they knew what you'd done, and they knew how afraid you were to die. They never missed the ones that were afraid. Brigan had always heard of the girl, the girl with aqua hair and sapphire eyes. The mind-reader.
They said her arrows were alive but Brigan knew it was far more than that. It wasn't her arrows that knew you inside and out, it was her. A demon that could read minds.
He had vowed since the first day he'd heard of her that she was to be his final prize. The last warlock he ever killed.
Never did he think there'd be a day when she sat among them in his kingdom. And never did he think she would look so human.
It was easy to kill pixies, ogres, centaurs, even other warlocks, but most other warlocks didn't look human. They had scales or horns or wings or anything to mark them as a demon, a scum of the Earth.
All she had was her hair, and that didn't make the thought of killing her any easier. If anything it made it harder. It was never easy to kill the pretty ones.

Two girls going to Ensorcell school of magic learn to navigate the world together. They have to deal with accusations of theft and are forced solve a mystery. They will have to try to survive more than just their bully. "Flyers," Ms. Puffins voice boomed "leave the area, but do not come down. Fly to the school immediately." Confused, all the flyers approached the border slowly. They're high up in the air and slowly peeked their heads outside. Everyone is screaming and running, the chairs are turned over and smashed along with the binoculars. The students saw pterodactyl like creatures running around. They were reptiles with red eyes, short arms, and long swishing tails. They are only slightly taller than a 7-year-old child, but much stronger. They picked up chairs and smashing them. Teachers ran out of the school to help while students were running towards the school. Parents of the flyers hung back to make sure their kids are ok. All 40 or so flyers flew towards the school as fast as they could. They tried to fly near their parents but were all ordered to get to the school immediately.Complete

"Who's out there?" One of the men yelled. Of course only silence met them. I remained quiet and waited for the group to start moving again. "Maybe it was just an animal." Someone whispered. The person, who I assumed was the captain of the small squad, signaled for them to walk again. They clearly showed fear as they kept going; brandishing their weapons to guard themselves with. "Two are holding lanterns. I'll tell you when you're too close to them." I heard my friend whisper in my ear. I followed the men as I picked up another branch and waited for the right time to break it. They continued to walk through the forest, turning their heads in every direction as if an animal might lunge at them and rip their throats out. I guess in a way I was going to do that. "Go back a few feet." My friend whispered. I carefully distanced myself from the group and waited. "Where is she?" I quickly snapped the stick as soon as he finished asking the question. They stopped and two soldiers raised their lanterns to shine its light in the darkness. I quickly hid behind a tree before both of them turned where I was. A low frustrated growl came from one of the men, "The girl's playing with us. She's out here following our every move." How paranoia can cloud the mind. At nine years old, Silver decided to leave her village for the forest. Since then, she's been hunted; everyday is a fight for her life, every breath she takes could be her last, but she's determined to stay alive. Her life isn't the kind anyone would want to live but she's managed to survive this long so, what's a few more years?Complete

~I felt it, the burning desire that lingered inside me. i couldn't control it, I felt my wings become tattered and change to black, I felt my red eyes darken, my hair becoming a deep reddish black. I felt my canine teeth extend, long black claws forced from my fingers where my nails used to be, a long slithering black tail had protruded from behind, the black horns that punched through the skin at the top sides of my forehead. I saw my entire skin was black. I wanted to control it, to force it back, to hide it, but I didn't want to. It had once again taken control of me, my body, my mind. Pushing my conscious to the furthest of my mind where it was clouded by the darkness that was currently exposed.~ An angel, named SIlver Ember, is shunned by all of angel society except by a select few. Born with the colors of crimson red eyes and hair with a bronze colored skin tone, is looked at as an abomination. She lives a somewhat normal life with the exception of a horrible nightmare that haunts her dreams since she was a child until she hears a strange voice inside her mind. A voice as deadly as the plague itself. While trying to figure out what's wrong with her she is suddenly pulled into spending time with Bracen, the prince of angels. She also meets a beautiful and charming merman, named Leomaris, that would make any female's heart skip a beat. She has no idea what's happening to her or what she's becoming until she has an interesting discussion with her mother. Is Silver a special angel or not even one at all? Just because she has wings means nothing. Silver has quite the battle while she struggles with love, being accepted, and control of herself.Complete

I twist the end of the red strings that tie around my neck. My red hood flying behind me, as if wings. I hear a loud creak and turn around quickly. The red eyes glow amongst the darkness. The air reeked of the smell of sulfur. I point my crossbow into the darkness. "Show yourself" I shout out calmly. "Oh, little miss Red, you are looking for Jenivive, aren't you? Well it's just me, her loyal servant" The voice echoes through the abandoned factory. Damn it! "Bastian, show yourself!" I yell, and hear the sound of someone running. I turn around to see Bastian in my face, no breathe flowed from his mouth. I immediately shoot, sending holy water into its core, and into its blood stream. It falls over and begins spazing out.
