Rosa Jarred suspected something was a little off when her peculiar sister tried to hug her when she was just six years old. Nevertheless, she lived a relatively normal life among other humans.

It wasn't until she bumped into the devilishly incredible fallen angel, Zara Farge, that her life finally began to make sense.

However, Zara proved to be caring and seemed to have an unhealthy obsession with singing. Rosa soon learned that Zara had taken an oath to never pleasure a human being.

When Rosa's peculiar sister is injured in a drunk driving accident, Rosa realizes her own life is at risk.

Despite Zara's black fur and angry eyes, Rosa finds herself falling for the fallen angel. Only fate will decide whether he kills or protects her.

One night, a shape shifter appears before Rosa and warns her of a darkness within Zara. The shape shifter gives Rosa the enchanted knife - the only weapon that can defeat a incredible fallen angel.
