He earns money for things he wants, and always has family and friends by his side. Though not a luxurious lifestyle, he is happy with it...

That is until he receives a letter from an individual and is kicked out of his room, along with his adopted family. His Grandfather commands him to find and see who wrote the letter. Along the way Rye discovers more than what he bargained for.All Rights Reserved

It's part of a series of novellas I wrote for my players to let them know what their characters are up to. Naturally this means that it was written with the intent that the reader was already familiar with the world. I have done my best to adapt the story for new readers and included footnotes for lore that does not outright speak for itself.
