Jalisa is just now enjoying her stay in a new town in Mississippi where she has bee there for nearly a year !! One dull evening, it began to rain heavily while she was suffering from food poisoning and she meets someone name Dez who too stays in the same area .. both tell each other congratulations on being accepted into college but... does this lead into a friendship? A bond... a connection... an actual love story? Only one way to find out!
