In this world 80% of people have quirks, the other 20% are quirkless and are treated poorly unless they're famous or have wealth. Now the main hero in this story is our hero Izuku "Deku" Midoriya, his life is filled with many hardships and bullying from his junior years. The reasons for this being that Izuku's quirk was a late bloomer so he was considered quirkless to the majority of the ones with quirks. Find out how he gets to his dream school, finds love, and new friendship along the way.

Kacchan thinks that izuku is useless. Many probably think so too. Deku doesn't have a quirk but his mother paid the doctors not to write him down as quirkless. If you are quirkless, you will not only be treated very badly, but in some cases also hunted. Because of the blood. People with quirks have problems getting a blood donation. Someone with an animal quirk cannot donate or get any blood from another animal quirk that is not the same species or another quirk . A person with a fire quirk can only get or give blood from someone with a fire quirk. Blood loss is very dangerous only a quirkless person can donate blood to everyone and become blood from everyone. Needless to say that he was devoted to be the best villain they ever have seen after what they did to him.
