People of Zeus - Young Writers Short Story

Earth. Beyond fixing. Too polluted, overpopulated, and running out of resources. A worldwide decision was made that the only option was for them to leave and save as much of the population as they could. After conveniently receiving a report signalling a safe rock planet within the planet Jupiter, the people of earth constructed an aircraft, with the ability to penetrate the mighty gas planet to land safely inside, on the hard surface of what they named the planet Zeus. When young Violet Stone manages to sneak onto one of the ships, she did not know just how important her memories will be to her future generations.

5000 years in the future, and the leaders of Zeus are struggling to control the start of a rebellion.
